🔧 chore(gitignore): 添加忽略文件规则

Browse Source 
- 忽略 data 目录，避免提交数据文件
- 忽略 model_checkpoints 目录，避免提交模型检查点
- 忽略 macOS 系统文件 .DS_Store，保持仓库整洁
